Registration

Confirmations/receipts are sent out by email within a week of receiving the registration with payment. If you did not receive one then we were unable to read your email address. Also please ensure that premierskating@rogers.com is on your safe senders list, as we can only send out one receipt. Please print your registration form clearly.

On Arrival

If you are sending your young child to the desk to get their ticket, please ensure they have their helmet with them. Most times we are unable to hear or understand them. If they have their helmet with label attached, check-in goes much quicker.

During Classes

Parents must stay in the arena during the classes, as very often children need to go to the washroom etc. On numerous occasions we have not been able to find a parent or guardian.

Once the child is on the ice please DO NOT open the doors to the ice surface and attempt to get the child's or an instructors attention. If you need something please see any of the people at the desk and we will get the message to the appropriate person. When you pull an instructor away from the children, it leaves the group unsupervised.

Class Makeup

Unfortunately we are unable to ensure that children will be in the same groups as their friends, siblings etc. It could possibly work out that way. Please do not request it, as there is no guarantee.

Certificates of Completion

Certificates are given out to each student on the last day of that session. The student MUST be in attendance to receive it. If you are unable to be there on the that day, please attempt to have someone pick it up. Certificates will not be mailed, and they are destroyed after the last day of the session.
